CLUB is a freely available online system which allows the biomarkers research community to share, compare and analyze their list of candidate genes, transcripts or proteins. Each candidate is annotated with information from publicly available databases such as Gene Ontology, Swiss-Prot and RefSeq, BIND, IntAct and KEGG. The annotated information are then made available for users to perform filtering, searching and ranking. Users logged in system are able to upload their own list, perform comparisons with other lists in the system, maintain a list of their favourite candidate lists and share their lists with other users.

The system aims to provide a comprehensive list of candidate biomarkers reported and found with contribution from the research community. Hence we welcome you to add Candidate List of Your Biomarkers - Join the CLUB !
